Jones Electric has served the West Michigan area for over 75 years as an industrial / commercial new motor sales and motor repair facility.

Our in-house machine shop can repair or re-manufacture damaged shafts, sleeve endbells, or repair motor housings.  We have complete rewind capabilities, machine shop services, thermal imaging, vibration analysis, precision balancing and on-site services to name a few.

We are a UL approved, EASA Certified repair facility specializing in repairs and sales of AC and DC motors, Servo motors, Gearboxes, Pumps, Blowers and more.

Motor repair is just one of our services.  As a distributor of of various motor lines, we offer new motor sales of ABB Baldor, Leeson, Toshiba and more.

Servo Electronic Testing: Feedback devices are adjusted to the correct timing, waveform shape, offset angle, and voltage level.

Test Equipment: We have state of the art test equipment to directly couple to your servo. This enables us to precisely set encoder or feedback alignment and to run test the motor. All test results are recorded including reverse generated voltage readings (BEMF), winding waveforms, feedback signals and alignment data.
